Standard VFD Pump Controller with Bypass


This versatile control panel provides seamless operation of a single pump with the flexibility to select between VFD Mode or full Bypass Mode, ensuring uninterrupted performance even during VFD maintenance or failure.

  • Operator-selectable VFD or Bypass operation via a clearly labeled switch
  • Bypass Mode: Integrated across-the-line motor starter delivers direct full-voltage power for reliable emergency or maintenance operation
  • VFD Mode: Clean power output terminals provided for connection to a customer-supplied external variable frequency drive
  • Dual run-status indicator lights clearly show the active mode (VFD Running or Bypass Running)
  • Motor-running dry contact (normally open) closes whenever the motor is operating in either mode — ideal for chemical controller interlocks, heaters, or UV systems
  • Remote start input terminals allow external push-button, chemical controller, or timer operation
