Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be required for custom builds, UL508A panels, and special‑order materials. Only items explicitly listed as included are included; all others are excluded. Any change to the scope, materials, or specifications will adjust pricing accordingly.

USA Tech Electric is not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, supplier backorders, transportation issues, labor shortages, pandemics, or other conditions beyond our control. Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective items at our discretion. No consequential or indirect damages are covered.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 8 days of delivery. All work, sales, and services are governed by the laws of the State of California.
